SharePoint Connector - not match Microsoft account system

Hi community,

I’m trying to build a connector to my SharePoint website, so that I could export directly from EasyMorph into a SharePoint list. Yet I get attached error message.

The sign-in name is in the format of FirstName.LastName@company.com
It’s not like microsoft.com, is it the reason?

Any solution? Thanks!

Setting up a new Sharepoint Connector

I have created a new user in AD and went to create a new Sharepoint Connection with that user name and password. Every time I test it I get the following error… Test connection failed: Can’t connect to the server. The sign-in name or password does not match one in the Microsoft account system. Notes: New account, no MFA Logged in to Sharepoint through Microsoft with the new account. Any help appreciated

To add to @dgudkov 's reply, please also ensure that you've (or your administrator) enabled "allow access for unmanaged devices & Apps that don’t use modern authentication” in your organization’s SharePoint Online Admin Center:

Hello @rmcvicar It is possible that your SharePoint Online instance is not configured to allow access for Easymorph, please ensure (or ask your administrator) to “allow access for unmanaged devices & Apps that don’t use modern authentication” in your organization’s SharePoint Online Admin Center. The settings should be under Access Control → Unmanaged Devices and Access Control → Apps that don’t use modern authentication: [image] [image] Set both to ‘Allow Access’
