Unfortunately, it's not possible to measure the RAM consumption for individual transformations. EasyMorph can only measure the time it took to calculate each action.
PS. Version 4.7 is rather obsolete. If possible, consider updating to a newer version. We constantly improve EasyMorph's calculation engine, so newer versions tend to be faster and consume less memory.
