Is there currently an option to create authorization to connect the workspace to the desktop application using the user's server?
I checked with different users with the appropriate access and connection methods but I get the following error:
I also found some old replies that mention enabling user access in workspace settings but I do not have this option myself

Hi! What Server and Desktop versions are you using?
Make sure you have 5.8.1 Server and 5.8 or 5.8.1 Desktop (or newer)

Both Server and Desktop are 4.8.1?
Could you send Desktop debug logs to the support email, as described here?
