Unique fields at "Merge another table"

Hi,

it would be cool to have the option to make the fields unique at the "Merge another table".

The should have the option to unify the fields by a check box. If so, all fields should be automatically renamed as
[table1].[fieldname]
[table2].[fieldname]
.
