Transfer Server License to a new GCE vm

I’ve been having issues with connecting to my Windows Server vm hosted in GCE (Google). I’d like to transfer my server license from the old VM to the new one, can I reuse the license from the current install? or would I need to provide you with the appropriate details from the new installation first?

Also, do you have any experience with hosting Server in GCE like this? (wondering if this is just a misconfiguration of Windows Server, on my part.)

EasyMorph Server works normally in CGE and doesn't require any special configuration when installed on a VM in CGE.
