Task Journal not loading

Hello all,

May I ask what troubleshooting steps to take when the the Task journal is not loading for any task on Easymorph Server ?

When I select a task and navigate to Task journal, The running workflows show 0 (which is fine at the moment) but the Finished Workflows, which I need, keep loading infinitely so I am unable to open and see logs for past runs.

Don’t use IE11. It’s not supported.

Thank you that helped :slight_smile: I had to contact another admin as we handle the easymorph server remotely and the virtual machine had only IE as default, now with another browser all good.

In the latest version, we’ve added a notification if the browser is not supported.
