Switch columns and rows

Hey!
I need to basically switch rows and columns like I visualized in the photo attached.
Categories have to become the header and languages in Column 1.
The individual content has to move according to the new arrangement.

I didn't find a solution how to get this problem solved... Do you have a fix for me?
