Single quotes are converted to ? when imported from csv files

single quotes are converted to ? when imported from csv files. Can not use Unicode or other formats as text is large.

What encoding does your CSV file have and what encoding did you choose in the settings of your “Import delimited text file” action?

It is ANSI. But when I use ANSI it throws length error as my text is large coming from a textfield,

Can you please post a screenshot of the error message that is displayed when you use ANSI encoding.

Also which ANSI code page and what size does you file have?
