Sharepoint update/delete rows in sharepoint list

Would it be possible that this sharepoint list action can manage attachments ? Or a specific sharepoint action dedicated to attachments, like in power automate ?

What operations with attachments would you envision for this action?

Sharepoint Lists can have file as attachments, that's a global feature of Microsoft Sharepoint Lists. We would just like to be able to add/remove them for each record of a list.
