Our EM Server service doesn't start anymore, probabaly after last nigts windows update.
Windows could not start the Easymorpg Server Service on local computer. Error 2: The syste cannot find the file specified?
Maybe someone who knows a solution. We already re-installed the ES server.
Try to temporarily disable your anti-malware software and start the Server.
The installer has been checked with VirusTotal and no issues found: VirusTotal
Didn't work. See e-mail to support. Somehow the config/settings.xml isn't located in the place it's expects.
Is it possible to do a deinstallation and then a complete clean install? We have the spaces and projects backuped, but not sure how to add them to a clean install?
Solved in the end with the help of support:
Delete service through elevated cmd.
Reboot server.
Backup ProgramData directory
Re-install same version.
Service starting after install! but no Spaces / Tasks!
Restore backuped directory to ProgramData directory
Service ain't working anymore
Give service account full rights on ProgramData and C:\Easymorph Server\ directory
Service working + Working Spaces / Tasks
Solved!
However, still no idea what caused the disruption!
