Select Font and Font Size in canvas [DONE]

I would like to be able to change the font and font size that EM uses in the canvas. I think this could be done in "Application Settings" which would allow for greater flexibility for tired old eyes....

Here here. It woudl be nice to be able to increase the font size, especially for spot-checks

Grid font size can now be changed in the toolbar. Added in v5.8.
