Problem licence activation via server

Hi EasyMorph Team,

we renovated our licenses and are now using a Server activation instead of a licence key activation. The problem is, that upon opening an EasyMorph logic via the launcher, it always reverts back to the license key. We manually have to configure the server configuration again.

Is there something we are missing?

What are the versions of EasyMorph Server and EasyMorph Desktop/Launcher that you are using?

the server version is 5.4.3.11

The two clients where this happens are: 5.5.0.6 and 5.5.0.14

Other clients with the same version don’t have this happening. It’s only two machines.

The Launcher doesn’t have its own license settings - it takes them from the Desktop. If license settings are reverted, then something changes them. It could be that the Desktop has another instance opened and when it closes, it updates the config file including reverting the license configuration.

Hi Dmitry,

we continue having the same issue. I've installed the latest version of the server, and am now doing an install of the latest client version. Hopefully it will work, will keep you posted. If you have any other ideas, please let us know!
