Problem after server update

Hi EasyMorph Team,

I just did an update on the server to the latest version. On one of our clientes, all local EasyMorphs stopped working with the error message posted above. The client doesn't use the catalog function, but all EMs are connected to the server to get their licenses. Can you please help/indicate what to do?

Thanks in advance.

Albert

Hi Albert,

Can you please post the content of the "Error information" text area as text?

Quick update. I tried to go back to the older version of the server, it didn´t work. The server would not start. So I installed the new version again, and it didn´t start neither. I am now trying to reboot the machine, see if it helps. While the server was down, I was able to get the local EMs up and running, with the error message of the license, though.

The server is down, I can`t get it up. Going throught he windows event viewer now, to see if I can find the cause.

Can you please send the logs from the server ("C:\ProgramData\EasyMorph Server\Logs") to support@easymorph.com?

I´m trying to find the folder.

It's in ProgramData, not Program Files: "C:\ProgramData\EasyMorph Server\Logs"

I found these files, just emailed them!

Found them, and sent them!

Alber, are you available for a call?

Yes, absolutely! Sending invite!

@AlbertFabritius, the initial issue with the crash was already fixed. The latest build of version 5.9.8 (5.9.8.18) is not affected by this issue: https://easymorph.com/download/EasyMorph.Setup598.zip
