Pad functions : do not fail if last argument is 0 [DONE]

Hi team,

I think it would be more convenient if pad functions like padstart were not failing if the last argument is 0, which means that nothing has to be done.

In 5.3.0.5 the padstart function is failing (invalid argument) if last argument is 0.
