I connect to Oracle database to pull data but occasionally receive
Oracle Communication: Failed to connect to server or failed to parse connect string
error.
What does this error mean? How can I identify if it is related to network or something else?

Since that error is intermittent, it’s related to network or DB server configuration.
Also, that should have some additional details. Can you please take a screenshot of the errors pop-up when this error will appear again and post it here?
Unfortunately I don’t have access to easymorph server. It is only sent to me by email. Is there any way to capture more information from easymorph server?
Unfortunately, it seems that the only way to get details of that error is to look into the task’s log. Maybe you can ask one of your colleagues to send us the log from that task?
