Hi, i have an issue with a MySql 5.7 installation.
When E.M. tries to get schemas/tables names, it appears this error and e.m. can't retreive names.
If I connect to the database via database managers, like Heidi or DBeaver, no errors appears.
Why is this appening?

Can you please try to run a simple SQL query like SELECT 1 in the Custom SQL mode of the Query Editor? Will it succeed or give you the same error?
In any case, please post a copy of the error message as text.
