I have been happily using the EasyMorph server license for months now and was just contacted by a user that the data isn't getting updated.
Upon checking the server, it is now reporting an error "Multiple accounts are not supported by your license." and "Unable to detect RAM usage." Help!

Could you please share a screenshot of the Licensing page on the server? The license might have expired, or there could have been significant changes to the server configuration.
Also, please send the debuginfo.txt file from the Logs folder (usually located at C:\ProgramData\EasyMorph Server\Logs) to support@easymorph.com .
