Microsoft Exchange Online Email Connector - 401 error

Hi,

We have been having issues connecting to the Email connector (Exchange Online v2013) since the past couple of days.

It keeps giving us the 401 error.

Is this due to Microsoft disabling the basic auth and we are now supposed to use OAuth instead?

Is there any way we can fix this? None of our EasyMorph flows which use the Fetch Email action, are working because of this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this is quite the possibility. To continue using Exchange Online you have to switch to the OAuth flow.

Microsoft leaves an option to extend basic auth for very limited period (till the end of December 2022), but this delays the inevitable just for 3 months:

When creating new Exchange Online data connector, select Authentication: OAuth, press Authorize and sign into account you’ll be using to send/fetch emails
