March 2026 EasyMorph Community Meetup

We’re excited to announce our upcoming EasyMorph Community Meetup :tada:

If you haven’t joined one before, our community meetups are online sessions designed to help EasyMorph users connect, exchange best practices, and see how others are using EasyMorph in real-world environments all in a relaxed, informal setting.

This month, we’re hosting a special two-part session featuring Kari Herbison, Institutional Policy Analyst at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.

Meet Our Speaker

Kari Herbison has seventeen years of experience working in higher education data at UW–Eau Claire. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Program Evaluation and specializes in data transformation.

Kari is responsible for creating queries that power departmental dashboards, responding to internal and external data requests and supporting campus-wide data discussions.

Her team uses EasyMorph to transform data from their warehouse for ad hoc requests, survey responses, dashboard files and verification files for institutional projects.

During this meetup, Kari will walk us through how EasyMorph supports the Enrollment and New Freshmen sections of the UWEC Factbook.

2. Managerial Conversation (15 minutes)

An open discussion about how Kari manages data and analytics projects using EasyMorph, including:

  • Handling institutional data requests

  • Maintaining data integrity

  • Managing verification processes

  • Supporting dashboard accuracy

3. Workflow Showcase (25 minutes)

A practical walkthrough of:

  • How enrollment and freshman Factbook sections are built

  • What the EasyMorph workflows look like

  • How verification tables are structured

  • Real examples of data transformation in action

4. Open Community Discussion (15 minutes)

An interactive conversation where attendees can:

  • Ask questions

  • Share their own approaches

  • Discuss challenges in higher education analytics

  • Exchange best practices with peers

Why Attend?

This meetup is perfect if you want to:

  • See how EasyMorph is used in higher education analytics

  • Learn practical verification and validation techniques

  • Improve dashboard accuracy through EasyMorph workflows

  • Understand how to manage institutional reporting projects

  • Participate in an exclusive, live-only conversation

Because this session will not be recorded, it’s a unique opportunity to engage directly with an experienced practitioner in a private, comfortable setting.

We host these community meetups every month, creating an ongoing opportunity to learn, share, and connect with other EasyMorph users.
