Now I login as Admin, configed Server Link, and failed on a scheduled tasks on EM Server.

The error is produced by the database, not EasyMorph. You can see it by the error location.
You may need to edit authorization settings in your database or database connector. Keep in mind that EasyMorph Server runs not under your Windows account, but as a Windows service, i.e. under NT AUTHORITY/Local Service.
