currently, when you select option “load list of files” - can your list have relative links? Or must it be fully specified. ?

You can, but relative paths will be treated as paths, relative to the installation folder of the current application (Desktop or Server).
We are planning to make them work similar to the “Load single file” mode - when the current project is saved, relative paths will be treated as paths, relative to that project’s folder.
