License reassignment error: "Windows account is missing in the license key"

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble reassigning an EasyMorph license to a new server. Even though the license key was released from the previous machine, I'm getting the following error when trying to activate it:

"License key found, but your signature is not linked to it. Windows account [MY_DOMAIN\USER] is missing in the license key."

I have already identified my Old Signature and the New Signature generated by the current machine.

Since this involves license signatures and specific account details, should I provide these details here or is there a specific portal to update the hardware/user association when the automatic release doesn't pick up the new signature?
