Hi we are having this error more often lately. Our version is 5.6.2
Any suggestion to to find root cause would be appreciated.

Something can be blocking access to the key. Make sure that the license key is not located on a shared network drive with low latency or in a synchronized folder of Google Drive or OneDrive or a similar service.
Unfortunately we as users don't have any access to server configuration. Our IT department is trying to figure out the reason for last couple of weeks and having hard time to figure it out.
