Keep having to switch to "Start" and then go back to Main for the Main menu to work

I can’t find a consistent trigger for it as of yet, but sometimes when I finish with a dialogue box the top menu becomes greyed out and I can’t use it, so I have to click on Start (can probably be any of the other sections - I haven’t tested) and then back to Main to continue.

I have switched off Auto-run in this project (to limit the API calls!), but I’ve never had this issue before.

For example, in the below I added the filter action to Table 1 before it did this.

I’m using version 5.9.7.24

I just removed the filter and re-did it and it didn’t grey out the menu!

@digenie, it's a known issue. We are working on a fix.

It’s happening to me too, annoying but workable :slight_smile:

The fix is undergoing testing. It’s a significant change, so we test it longer than usual. A very annoying bug, so we want to fix it asap.

UPDATE

A new version (5.9.8) with the bugfix is planned for release this weekend.

The bug has been fixed. Please install the updated version (5.9.8) from our website.
