If you have never attended a community meetup before, they are free, online meetings intended to provide an opportunity for the EasyMorph user group to get together, share knowledge and simply enjoy each other's company in a casual atmosphere. The information for this month's meeting is as follows:

This Month's Featured Presenter: Craig Thompson
This month, we're thrilled to welcome Craig Thompson of CDT Computer Services LLC to the community meetup! Craig is a one-person consulting shop who has spent the last 14+ months deep in the trenches building EasyMorph workflows for a client and he's here to share what he's learned.
How It Works
This meetup will be broken into four parts:
1. Get to Know Craig (10–15 minutes)
We will introduce Craig, including his background in creating custom Excel / VBA reporting applications and assessing large-scale ETL tools while employed at PwC; and finally finding his way to EasyMorph and using it as an independent consultant.
2. Interview-style Q&A with Dmitry (15–30 minutes)
The EasyMorph team will sit down with Craig for a conversational, interview-style discussion covering:

What does Craig and his customer do?

What caused Craig to seek out a product such as EasyMorph?

What has Craig’s overall experience been with EasyMorph to date?

The biggest challenge Craig has faced while using EasyMorph

How has EasyMorph impacted Craig’s ability to provide services to customers and interact with them?
3. Live Workflow Walkthrough: Automating Non-Data Processes (20–30 minutes)
While most users apply EasyMorph for common data transformation tasks, Craig has realized significant benefits by using EasyMorph to create automated workflows for non-data related tasks. During this session, Craig will demonstrate a workflow he created for a customer that:

Automatically copies last month’s project folder structure into a new folder for the current month.

Copies only specific types of files from the original folders based on filename, file extension, and file name text.

Creates a detailed log document detailing each step taken during the process, including which files were moved and which were left behind.
This single workflow automatically removes hundreds of hours of repetitive labor per month for the customer’s team.
4. Open Q&A (10 minutes)
During the final portion of the meeting, there will be an open forum Q&A session where attendees can ask Craig questions regarding the workflows demonstrated and/or anything else they wish to inquire about.
