We’ve added support for shared workspaces in the Power BI actions in v4.2.1. You may need to re-authorize existing Power BI connectors and add the Workspace.Read.All permission in order to make them work with shared workspaces.
Once the connector is configured in can be used in a Power BI action. To operate in a shared workspace, tick the “Workspace” checkbox and pick a workspace from list.
Workspace names can also be specified using a parameter. The “Power BI command” action has got a new command – “List workspaces”. It can be helpful for iterating over multiple workspaces in a loop.
