How to run a EM project from Gmaiil

Is it possible to run a EM project when a GMAIL account receive a specific message ?

You can periodically check the Gmail account for new messages. If a specific message arrives then continue project execution, otherwise exit.

I already use the “scheduling” to check the mail.
