Help with matching military time and standard time

Hello,
I'm trying to build an EZM that matches two different reports that have the same following fields: EE ID, Date, Time in, time out. I'm having difficulty because the time in the Time sheet import is in military time, such as 14:00, while the Data Detailed Report is in standard time, such as 02:00 pm. Can someone please assist with the best way to match these? I've attached the two spreadsheets.

Here is a project that converts 24-hour times to 12-hour times. It has two variants (on two tabs) - pick the one you like (and understand) more.
