Gateway Timeout Errors

Hi,

I have been receiving quite a few 504 Gateway timeout errors. I normally run tasks from EasyMorph server and this is where all of the errors have occurred.

I connect to Tableau Cloud to upload data from EasyMorph. I'm not sure if this is an EasyMorph error or a Tableau error.

Is there a way to adjust my timeout settings either in my project or on EasyMorph server to combat this issue?

Or if there is a better solution, I'm for that as well.

Hi @Jaden,

Can you please turn on the Diagnostics Log for that task (on the task’s Options tab), wait for the next occurrence of that error, and send the created Diagnostics Log to our support email? And don’t forget to turn off the Diagnostics Log for that task afterward.

We would like to see the actual source of that error before suggesting a solution.

Yes, I have turned on the Diagnostics Logs for the task and I will send that to the support email. The task runs again tomorrow morning so I will see if it happens then.
