Formula for capturing only the dates for the last month shown in the column

Hello there.
I have a column which has many dates from previous year till this year (June 22 for Example). dates are shown as MMM-yy. I need to remove the old dates and basically keep the dates that are in the latest month in the data (which in this case would be Jun-22 ). Can you guide me on how to write a rule for it?
