"fit to content" by default option

Would love an option in the settings for desktop to apply “fit to content” by default when adding data files.

I’m importing a lot of CSV files and having to do this to each table at the moment - can’t find a way to bulk do it.

Would also be great to have an option to include a space at the end of the column titles so that the dropdown icon doesn’t obscure the end of the column name. I know there’s a popup with the column name, but that obscures the record underneath.

It would also be good if when selecting Fit to Content the window also snaps to the width of the table, or have an additional option for this.

It would be quite good if there was an option to automatically do this so that after each action the window re-sizes appropriately - this should be an option as this could drive people with small screens mad!
