Resetting dialog positions should work. Make sure there is no other instance of EasyMorph Desktop is open.
You can also try closing the application and removing (with a backup copy) the config file located at
C:\Users\<your Windows account>\AppData\Local\EasyMorph\EasyMorph.config.xml
Then start the application again. It will re-create the config file with default settings, but all the user customizations and recent files will be discarded.
