File command - Delete file - the file deleted from the computer (no recycle bin), and unrecoverable?

Hello,

I’ve seen that the “Delete File” action doesn’t send the file to the recycle bin, it deletes it directly. Is a deleted file recoverable in any way? (In my scenario, I’m interested that the file is not recoverable, and the file is created by EasyMorph instants before being deleted, also by EasyMorph).
