I read from the documentation that there is a limitation of 1’000 characters on the messages retrieved by Fetch email action. Is there a way to change that limitation ?
Issue is that emails are mainly in HTML and so HTML Tags are “eating” 80% of the limitation by themselves…It’s almost impossible to retrieve a complete email with the limitation at 1’000.
Good to hear Exchange Online worked for you! We will remove the limitation in the next release. Initially we assumed message body would only be used to help identify messages, but since there are cases when they need to be parsed the limitation surely makes no sense.
