Fetch email not working

Hi team,

Fetch working action is not working though send email is working with the same connector.

Error - Login failed

EM version - 4.6.2.1

Do the same username (account) and password work in another email application? Are you sure that your password didn't expire or rotate?

With same credentials I am able to use 'send email' action , so I assume that password etc are fine.

Hi Vaibhav,

You can just send the screenshots to the support@easymorph.com. You don't have to specify a support ID.
