I currently have around 180 favourited workflows. The main reason is that I find the Favourites tab more reliable than Recent Projects when trying to find workflows I've used before.
However, as the list grows:
- Favourite Projects can't be searched, sorted, filtered, or managed in bulk.
- The order doesn't appear to follow an obvious pattern (alphabetical, recent, etc.).
- Recent Projects seems to suffer from similar issues and doesn't always appear to update consistently.
Because I can't easily see which favourites I use most or least, I end up keeping far more favourites and projects than I otherwise would.
It would be great to have:
- Search
- Sort by Name, Last Used, Date Added, Date Modified
- Filtering
- Multi-select for bulk removal
- Folder and grouping by folder
For example, if I could sort favourites by Last Used, I'd probably remove over 100 older favourites that I haven't used in 12 months.
