Just upgraded to 6.1.0.3. Running an existing project which begins by importing an Excel file. In prior versions, I could have the file open in Excel and EasyMorph would still import it. In this new version I'm getting "process cannot access the file". I understand if I close the file in Excel it imports without problem. But this was a very convenient feature the older version had as I could make modifications to the Excel file, save it without closing, and "Reload and run"-- sometimes repeatedly until I got the desired results in EM.
Is there any way to work around this in the new version?
In the new version, a number of optimizations were implemented in the Excel import driver to make the import process faster and reduce RAM/disk usage. We will look into this and see if these changes caused any undesirable effects such as those you described.
