Error upgrading EM Server

Hi,

I am getting the following error:

I have tried restarting the machine and stopping and starting the server to no avail.

Hi Shaheed,

try to disable your antivirus software for the period of installation. It could interfere with the installation process. Also make sure the Server is not running before upgrading.

Here is what I changed but still received the same error:

Try deleting the file manually in Windows Explorer (Server must be stopped). If deleting can’t be completed, Windows will show an error message that will contain the name of the application that blocks deletion.
