Error trying to add user at space

Hi, I'm getting the following error message when I try to add a user to a space " the server could not be contacted"
I was able to assign the license to him.
My EM server version is 5.4.3.15

Do you what can be causing this error?

Hi Renata,

It looks like the connection to AD is no longer working. Please make sure that:

  1. The Server machine has network connectivity to the AD server
  2. The AD account credentials specified in the "Settings" tab of the Server are still valid, e.g. the password hasn't expired.

Thanks, Dimitry; the issue was with our domain controller. Once I added the one that is working, I could add other users.
