Hi,
I'm getting an error when I apply a filter in csviewer for big data around 20 million rows, I was not getting this issue in the previous versions but now getting this issue, please help, thanks

Hi Aqib,

Can you please open the file (in which the crash occurs), then press "Save view" (see below), and send the saved .csview file to support@easymorph.com? The file won't contain your data, just the load configuration settings. It's an XML file, you can view it before sending.

We are working to identify the issue. Could you please answer a couple of questions to provide the necessary context?

  • Does this error occur every time with this file?
  • Can you view the dataset without applying any filters?
  • If so, are you able to scroll to the very end of it without encountering any errors?
  • How long does it take to import the file?

CSViewer has been updated to v2.3 with the bug fixed. Get the updated version from our website.
