Endless 'Running' message

thank you for advance,

Sometimes, I got an endless ‘Running’ message while I am doing Easymorph or launcher.
There must be something wrong in parameter or command.
I think there should some error messages (from where) at least rather than endless Running message.

please help me how to solve this running message.

There are many reasons why you may get an endless message “Running”. For instance, when you run an external program (or batch script) and it requires some kind of user input to continue, but it’s hidden.
