I see that there is a hard limit of 20 megs on the option to email (which would be a large email for sure!).
Is there a method to determine if the file size is over X megs, that there is a different action to take (such as save to a location)
You can use the “File list” action with “File size” option ticked to obtain the file size. Then have two conditionally derived tables for two different actions depending of whether the file size is greater or less 20MB.
