Email Connector issues

Hello,

I have numerous Easymorph projects that end with a Send Email action. They run at various times if the day and have worked perfectly until yesterday - February 7th 2026.

I am now receiving this error, with every single project (that includes a Send Email action.

Here is one example:

I am using EasyMorph version: 5.9.8.7 (80ca03, 'Release').

I have tried the following:

  1. Reset the connector
  2. Re-Authorize the connector - this appears to have succeeded

However, Test Email address gives the following error

Can you shed any light or might this be an internal network issue at my end?

Did the issue start immediately after you upgraded EasyMorph to version 5.9.8.7, or was it working for a while after the upgrade?

The connector is working without issues with our test accounts. Is it possible that some settings in your Microsoft tenant have changed?

No. I upgraded to 5.9.8.7 some weeks ago but this issue started two days ago.

I have simultaneously logged this with our IT department.

Removed debug log as it contained licensing info.

If needed, please let me know how I can send it in a secure manner.
