Hi team,
We receive all notifications saying that EM server shut down unexpectedly. I saw a 2023 post saying there was also a dedicated notification about external journal database not available. We dont receive this notification. Is there a specific configuration to make it work ? Or recipients of these 2 alerts are different maybe ?

All these notifications are sent to the default recipient(s) configured in the Server settings.
Note that the email notification may not be sent immediately. When the connection to the external journal database is lost, the Server tries to re-establish it for some time. If the Server manages to re-establish the connection, the notification is not sent.
