I downloaded and updated 5.4 version, but I Haven't anymore the possibility to login as an admin
Could you please let me know what I have to do to solve?

Open Server Monitor on your server machine, and press Rescue Login.
Once you log in as an administrator, enable remote admin access(see below). A password must be provided. Admin access without a password is not permitted.
