EasyMorph desktop and server v5.9.6 throw warning messages when using the “Import dataset” command, with “Load only selected columns” chosen, and at least 1 box un-ticked.
The warning message is “Dataset file contains unrecognized items that were skipped.”.
If all columns are selected (either via radio button or selecting every tick box), the warning message goes away.
Given I’m specifically removing un-required columns the warning message is not very useful. I’d like to know if:
- This warning message is by design? (ideally not as I don’t like supressing warnings).
- This warning message has already been fixed in v5.9.7? (I could not see any mention in the release notes)
I’ve not been able to replicate this warning when sourcing data from other files and selecting less than all columns (have only checked a few such as: .xlsx, .csv).
I have also been able to trigger the warning message when only importing Metadata via:
- drag in .dset file
- Select ‘Load only selected columns’
- un-tick at least 1 column
- Change ‘Import’ to ‘Metadata’
- Apply
