we have a problem with our server start page.
When I am connected to the server via RDP, I cannot open the start page. It remains in the “loading” state:
On my local machine, I can reach the page and everything is working fine,
The problem appeared for the first time this morning after upgrade to v.5.1.
Which browser are you using when you’re trying to open the Tasks page (via RDP)?
The problem has been fixed. It appeared in Internet Explorer only. It might be a good idea to replace it with Edge or a similar modern browser.
Thank you. Yes, it was the Internet Explorer. I will add Chrome on our server.
