EasyMorph-Server keeps going down

Hi,

we have the problem that the EasyMorph-Server keeps going down. We got the following error:

19.03.2019 18:05:05 003294 WARNING Low memory (272,02 MB)

We use a virtal machine with the follwing equipment apps:

CPU: Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz 2.10 GHz (8 Prozessoren)
RAM: 12,0 GB
Systemtyp: 64-Bit-operating system

There are only 11 Workflows running but not at the same time.

Do you have an idea what the reason could be?

Hi Marcell,

most probably at least one of the workflows is processing a lot of data and 12GB is not enough to store all the data needed by the workflow. Try increasing the amount of RAM on that machine to 24GB or more.
