EasyMorph Server Drive Mapping

I am attempting to map a drive to a service worker. However, upon entering the location of the drive it went through but then says in red text 'Mapping unavailable'. I initially believed this to be an access issue. I submitted a request to give explicit access to the Service Account tied to the worker. I then attempted to select the edit button next to the recently mapped drive and resubmit it. The submission fails and states "Failed to map this drive. The local device name is already in use.". I am unsure how to proceed further with this mapping.

Does it resolve the problem, when you restart (recycle) the worker by pressing the "Recycle" button?

I actually do not have that option for that specific drive. Only the edit (pencil) and delete (garbage can)

I see. That's because it's the Default worker. It can't be recycled. A Server restart is needed to restart the Default worker.

Can you please try to restart the Server and see if the problem remains? If it does, please send screenshots of the mapping drive settings and the full screenshot of the error to our support email.

Realized I read this wrong. If I recycle the worker does that require me to re-map all the drives to the worker or the worker to the spaces? This is not the default worker so I am able to recycle it but want to understand if there will be any repercussions

All the mapped drives configured in the worker settings are mapped automatically when the worker starts or restarts. No need to map them manually again.
