How does this list decide on the order of the tasks? Is there anyway to set this to list them alpha?

the list is basically random. It’s not possible to sort it.
May I ask you what caused the question?
I have a long list of tasks and it’s harder to look at when they’re not listed alpha.
If you annotate tasks, the annotations appear in the list next to task names. This can simplify identifying tasks.
I can identify them easily. It’s just easier/faster to look at the list in alpha as opposed to random.
